Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar invites guests to experience Las Vegas Restaurant Week from June 2–13 with a thoughtfully curated $50 three-course menu, created in partnership with Three Square Food Bank. Known for its high-energy atmosphere and elevated take on American favorites, Flanker delivers a dining experience that is both vibrant and approachable, blending bold flavors with a social, game-day-ready setting just steps from the Strip.

The menu begins with a choice of starters that highlight both freshness and comfort, from the Spring Burrata Salad featuring baby greens, asparagus, sugar snap peas, blood orange, and basil vinaigrette, to a rich Spinach Artichoke Dip with roasted garlic and seasoned breadcrumbs. Entrées continue the experience with refined yet familiar flavors, including Atlantic salmon paired with artichoke, fregola, and tomato olive vinaigrette, or an airline chicken breast served with potato purée, glazed baby carrots, and truffle chicken jus. The meal concludes with a decadent vanilla cheesecake layered with strawberry gelée, macerated strawberries, and Chantilly cream.
